Easy returns: Save your receipt
Before retourning an item, please call us at the store, so we can to autorize the return.
Any item return without our autorization will be decline.
To return an item for exchange or store credit, bring it to the store within 7 days following the reception. The product will HAVE to be
in its original condition and packaging, and you'll need your receipt. Reef Concept reserves the right to charge a non-refundable 15%
restocking charge for any/all returned merchandise.
No exchange or credit on the livestock.
Reef Concept will not be responsible for return shipping charge. Original shipping charge are non-refundable.
If the item was originally shipped under our free shipping policy, the cost of doing so will be removed from the credit you will have.
special order and sale items are not returnable under any circumstances
Dry good order cancellations may also be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
No credit or refund for livestock
In the event that your order is damaged by the carrier, a claim will be filed with the carrier compagny. Upon approval of the claim by the carrier, your original order will be re-shipped to you.
Gift Cards purchases are final.
Gift Cards are not returnable and non-refundable.

If you order an item as a gift, the recipient can return or exchange it at the store, with the Official Sales Receipt withint 10 days. Waranty
Reef Concept guaranteed in store the material for a period of 1 month after purchase. after this deadlines the customer must communicate
directly with the supplier to obtain his guarantee.
This does not apply to the following companies: Deltec/giesemann/tunze
for these companies, all the period of guarantee will be done at the store
